How the process works
You file: Choose the casino and complaint category, then submit your complaint with the relevant evidence.
We review: A resolver reviews the complaint and may accept it, request more information, or reject it with a reason.
Casino responds: The casino has 14 days to send its first response. If it does not reply, the complaint is closed as Unresolved.
Case discussion: You, the casino, and the resolver discuss the case in the same complaint thread. The resolver helps both sides review the dispute and move the case toward an outcome. Each side has 14 days to reply.
Outcome: The complaint ends as Resolved, Unresolved, or Rejected, and the outcome is published.
Important deadlines
If the casino pays or fixes the issue: Confirm it in the complaint thread. If you do not confirm within 14 days, we confirm it on your behalf and close the complaint as Resolved.
If you stop replying: If you do not respond for 14 days during the case discussion the complaint will be closed. You can file again later with the missing information, and this will not be held against you.
Status updates: You will receive an email whenever the status of your complaint changes. Check the complaint page for the exact deadline currently running.
