Why a code may not work
There are a few common reasons:
The code has expired.
The claim limit has already been reached.
Your region or KYC level is not eligible.
Your casino account does not qualify for the code.
These restrictions are set by the casino, and we cannot reopen a code once it has expired or reached its claim limit.
Did the code never work?
If a code never worked, write to [email protected] and tell us which casino and code it was.
We will remove it from the list if needed.
