Why we remove reviews
A review may be removed if it contains:
Spam or duplicate content.
Personal information, such as support staff names, wallet addresses, or email addresses.
Off-topic content, such as a complaint or rant about a different casino.
Obvious shill or paid-review content.
Can a casino ask us to remove a review?
No. Even if a casino asks us to remove your review, we will not remove it for that reason.
What can I do if my review was removed?
If we remove your review, we will tell you why.
You can then edit the review to fix the issue and submit it again.
