How claims work
Claim your Kickback from the Affiliate page or you can also access it from your Profile through "View earnings" under Connected accounts. It is paid as a tip to your connected casino account.
Most tips arrive instantly. Some casinos can take longer, and up to 24 hours is normal time frame.
Most Kickback claims are paid in USDT, based on the value at the time you claim. On Stake, Shuffle, and Gamba, the Kickback is instead tipped in the coin you wagered. Crypto prices can move, so the value that arrives may differ slightly from what was shown when you claimed.
Every claim is recorded on your Profile under Transactions, including time and amount.
Exceptions and manual checks
Stake.us and 1win do not support tipping. For these casinos, choose another connected casino account to receive the claim.
Some claims may be held for a manual check, usually larger claims or several claims made in a short period of time. This is a routine check and does not mean the claim was rejected.
Roobet requires KYC Level 2 to receive tips.
Claim not arrived after 24 hours?
If your claim is still missing after 24 hours, contact us and include:
Casino you claimed to.
Casino username
FairGambling username.
Claim time.
Also check with the casino's support if the tipping is disabled or if there is an another restriction on your casino account.
