What to check first
A mismatch does not automatically mean the game was rigged.
Before reporting it, check that:
You selected the correct casino and game.
You entered the revealed server seed, not the server seed hash.
The client seed and nonce belong to the same seed pair used for that bet.
The nonce is correct. Some casinos start counting from 0 and others from 1, so an off-by-one nonce can cause a mismatch.
