Why your wager or Kickback sometimes doesn't match the casino numbers

Common reasons your FairGambling wager or Kickback may be delayed or differ from the casino numbers.

Why the numbers may be different sometimes

The most common reasons are:

  • Casino-side delay. We receive wager data through the casino's affiliate reporting, which is not updated in real time, so there can sometimes be a delay before your FairGambling numbers update.

  • The casino reports wager differently. Some casinos only report settled bets, while others only report activity from a certain time period.

  • Crypto price changes. If your wager or Kickback is shown in USD, changes in the coin price can make the value appear slightly higher or lower even though your wager in crypto has not changed.

  • You played before the account was connected. Wager from before your account was connected to FairGambling, or from an account that was not under our code from the start, will not be counted and cannot be added later.

  • Ghost Mode was enabled. Wager made while Ghost Mode was on may not be tracked.

How Kickback is calculated

  • Your Kickback is calculated from the wager data the casino reports to FairGambling, not from the wager total shown on your profile.

  • Wager on 0% house edge games do not count toward Kickback, for example Duel Originals.

Still looks wrong after 24 hours?

If the difference is still significant after 24 hours, contact us and include:

  • Casino name.

  • Casino username.

  • FairGambling username.

  • A screenshot showing the casino numbers and your FairGambling numbers.

We need all four to investigate the difference.
