Rating vs Reputation
A casino’s Rating is our assessment of the casino. Its Reputation reflects what players and the wider community think about it.
They are two different scores on purpose.
What affects Reputation?
The Reputation score is built from public signals, including:
Complaint outcomes.
Verified player reviews.
Community sentiment on X and other social platforms.
When does it update?
Reputation updates on its own schedule. Community sentiment is refreshed every few days, so the score can sometimes lag behind recent news or events.
The score is not edited manually. If it changes, one or more of the public signals behind it have changed.
What else does the page show?
The Reputation page also shows the historical trend and market extremes, such as casinos with the most complaints or the strongest positive or negative sentiment on X and other social media.
