Most casinos support instant tipping, so your claim should land very quickly after you hit claim. A few casinos take a little longer - that's normal.
What currency do I receive?
We have introduced coin-specific tipping across all supported casinos. Rewards are no longer always sent in USDT. Instead, rewards will be paid in the same cryptocurrency generated through your wagering activity, provided the casino supports tipping in that coin.
Where can I see my claims?
Head to your Profile page → Transactions tab. Every claim is logged there with the time and amount.
My claim hasn't arrived - what do I do?
Wait up to 24 hours. Most casinos are instant, but a few can take longer.
If it's still missing after 24h, reach out to support with your FairGambling username, the casino username you're claiming to, and the claim time.
Also check with the casino's own support - sometimes the issue is on their side (e.g. tipping disabled, account restrictions).
Not eligible for tips? In rare cases we can't send a tip because your casino account isn't eligible to receive them. If your claim hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please check with both our on-site support and the casino's support so we can find a solution together.
