The ranking on our Casinos page is based on our rating system only. Casinos cannot pay for a higher position, and we do not offer sponsored ranking spots.

Every casino is scored across 10 weighted categories: Analytics, Fairness &amp; RTP, Financial Transparency, Bonus, Customer Support, Compliance, Responsible Gambling, Security, Games, and Third Party Ratings.

The full methodology, category weights, scoring criteria, and rating history are published on <a href="https://fairgambling.com/transparency" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">fairgambling.com/transparency</a>.

Changes to the rating model or a casino's rating are logged there with the date and time.

Our ratings are not calculated automatically from analytics numbers. A casino's deposit volume going up does not automatically move its rank.

Ratings are set by our team and updated when something important changes, such as a complaint being resolved or ignored, a policy change, a new or change of license, or new information affecting one of the rating categories.
