How to Report a Bug
To help us resolve your issue quickly, include as much detail as possible:
Your username
What action you were trying to complete
What went wrong (error message, stuck page, etc.)
The casino or page involved
Approximate time the issue occurred
Helpful (but optional):
Screenshot or screen recording
Transaction ID / Bet ID (if relevant)
Common Issues (Not Always Bugs)
Some situations may look like bugs but are expected behavior:
Pending reviews → still in moderation
Delayed rewards → processing backlog (can take up to 48h)
Verification issues → incorrect or unsynced data
Slow loading → high traffic
Response & Resolution Times
Critical issues are prioritized immediately
Most bugs are reviewed within 24–48 hours
Fix times may vary depending on complexity
Important
Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue will not speed up resolution
Incomplete reports may delay investigation
