Due to large volumes of submissions (especially during launches or promotions), processing times may be longer than usual.

  • Manual moderation checks

  • Payment processing time (crypto/network delays)

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for processing

  • There is no need to open a support ticket within this timeframe

If your reward is still missing after 72 hours, you can contact support with:

  • Your username

  • The casino reviewed

  • Submission time
